Since 2019, Sheena has shaped the next generation of injectors as a trainer at several of Canada’s most prestigious injection academies, guiding practitioners from foundational technique through advanced artistry. For over five years, she has served as a certified trainer for Clarion, Teoxane fillers, and Nuceiva, and holds expertise in both BHRT and advanced cosmetic injections. Sheena is the creator of Sculpt & Balance™, her signature, trademarked procedure that combines precision neuromodulator placement to smooth fine lines, soften shadows, naturally contour, and lift, all while harmonizing and balancing the face as a whole.

In 2024, Sheena opened Bespoke Beauty to bring her philosophy of safe, natural results to Edmonton patients under one roof, leading a curated team of skilled injectors who share her standard of excellence. She remains a dedicated student of her craft, travelling internationally to learn from the world’s foremost injectors and continuously refining her techniques against the highest global benchmarks.

That instinct for storytelling drew him steadily into the world of marketing, video, photography, and creative direction. What began as curiosity became mastery, and when Bespoke Beauty opened in 2024, Justin brought that full creative range with him. From storyboarding campaigns to directing shoots to shaping the patient experience from the first touchpoint to the last, he ensures that the quality felt inside the clinic is matched by everything the world sees outside of it.

Beyond the content, Justin is deeply invested in the growth of the Bespoke team, fostering a culture where excellence is the standard and every team member is set up to thrive. He believes that a truly high-end experience isn’t just what happens in the treatment room; it’s the sum of every detail, every interaction, every frame.

In addition to her cosmetic injection practice, Nurse Hannah is the main face of Bespoke’s IV vitamin therapy program, delivering customized intravenous treatments designed to support patients’ longevity, energy, and recovery from the inside out. Patients consistently feel at ease in her care, and her fluency across both programs reflects the breadth of her clinical skill. Nurse Hannah has dedicated the past year to deepening her aesthetic education with intention.

She attended a seminar with internationally renowned injector Dr. Arthur Swift, one of the world’s foremost authorities on facial anatomy and filler technique, and completed a facial cadaver lab, gaining the hands-on anatomical understanding that separates truly safe injectors from the rest. Her favorite treatment to perform is chin filler for lower face balancing, a procedure she approaches with a sculptor’s eye, using precise placement to bring harmony and definition to the face as a whole.

Her passion for cosmetic injections is rooted in a deep commitment to safety and doing things properly, with outcomes that feel considered rather than cookie-cutter. She has invested meaningfully in her aesthetic education over the past year, including attending a seminar with the internationally respected Dr. Arthur Swift, one of the world’s leading voices on facial anatomy and injection technique.

Nurse Madonna’s favourite treatment to deliver is lower face neuromodulator, using precise placement to slim, lift, and redefine the jawline and lower face naturally. It is a technique that rewards careful, anatomically informed thinking, and one she approaches with a sculptor’s attention to balance and proportion. For Nurse Madonna, the most beautiful results are the ones that look entirely like you.

Beyond coordinating the patient experience, Katia is the clinic’s resident skincare obsessive. She performs VISIA skin analysis for patients, using advanced imaging technology to assess skin health at a deeper level and build personalized home care plans that actually deliver results. Her ability to transform a patient’s skin through carefully curated home care alone is something patients consistently rave about. Her passion for skin health runs deep and her knowledge is always growing, matched only by her enthusiasm for sharing it.
