It’s my first time visiting you! What can I expect?
I am so excited to meet! Once you schedule your appointment on the “Jane App”, please ensure you read through your new patient form. Within that form, you will be able to read all of the “pre and post care”. Once you arrive to the location, have a seat in the waiting room and Nurse Sheena will bring you to the room!
I'm a little nervous. Will the treatments hurt?
Most patients find the treatments incredibly comfortable. Although pain can be subjective and dependent on the patient, Nurse Sheena offers lidocaine nerve blocks, lidocaine cream, distraction devices, and meditative breathing techniques to help the process be pain-free!
I really love the look of a celebrity on instagram! Can you make me look like them?
I love to see photos of inspiration as this gives me an idea of what you would like to achieve. I cannot make you look like a celebrity or anyone else. I truly believe in the importance of looking unique and being the best version of yourself!
I got Botox from my family doctor. Can I bring in my own Botox and can you inject my face ?
No. Botox that is prescribed by another provider can not be injected with
Nurse Sheena. This is due to safety and respect of all cosmetic patients.
I don’t like the work that another injector did on me. Can you just inject on top of it to fix it?
If you or I are unhappy with the work, we have to correct it before I work on top of it. This is to make sure you have a fantastic outcome. I cannot guarantee the work if someone has placed a product in that area.
If I stop getting injections will my face droops or prematurely age?
No! You can get it done once and decide to never have it again. Your face will age normally, just as it once did, without the help of injections.
I have an appointment with you but I need to reschedule. What can I do?
Rescheduling before 36 hours can be done over the “Jane App”. Canceling or no shows with less than 36 hours are subject to a $150 fee.
