Shop Policies

Refunds and Returns:
Items that are unused, unopened, and in the same original package can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in the same condition as when purchased. Items on sale, promotion, or discounted will not be eligible for a refund. If 30 days have passed, items will not be eligible for a refund. 

Non eligible items for refunds:
Gift cards are not eligible for refunds. Treatments in the clinic, such as injections, are not eligible for refunds. Any damaged or used item that is not due to our error is not eligible for a refund. 

Refunds (if applicable)
To start a refund please email contact@nursesheena.com. Items may be returned in person at Nurse Sheena Medical Aesthetics or shipped into the clinic. The item must be in the original package and not damaged. A receipt must be shown for proof of purchase.
